Rules for using SYMERO.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "User") and SYMERO.AI ("SYMERO.A", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the degen.limo platform, including our website, Telegram bots, smart contracts, analytics dashboards, and APIs (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Your access or use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. This includes any use via Wallet connection, OAuth login (e.g., Gmail), or any form of interface with the Platform.
Note: These Terms include a mandatory arbitration clause for dispute resolution.
2. Modifications to the Agreement
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice provided via updates to the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Users are encouraged to review Terms regularly.
3. Definitions
Wallet: A crypto wallet that allows users to interact with supported blockchains and access the Platform.
Gas Fees: Transaction fees paid on blockchain networks. These are non-refundable.
Degen Caller: A third-party contributor who shares non-financial content on the Platform.
4. The Services
4.1 Purpose
SYMERO.AI is a multi-chain crypto terminal designed for high-speed trading, token sniping, social signal tracking, and referral-based growth. All information is provided "as-is" and should not be treated as financial advice.
4.2 User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for securing your Wallet, private keys, and login credentials.
We do not store your private keys and cannot assist in account recovery.
All activity tied to your Wallet is your responsibility.
4.3 Transactions and Blockchain Interactions
All transactions are public and visible on the blockchain.
You agree to pay applicable Gas Fees.
We do not control or reverse smart contract executions.
4.4 License:
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
4.5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, or automation for exploitation.
Impersonate SYMERO.AI or its staff.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the Platform.
Use the Services for illegal activities.
4.6 Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we suspect:
Illegal activity
Violation of these Terms
Security breaches
5. Privacy
By using our Services, you consent to our data collection and usage practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We may collect anonymized usage data, Wallet addresses, and session activity for functionality and improvement purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
We may link to or integrate third-party tools (e.g., Solana explorer, Discord). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your interaction with such services is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, UI/UX, logos, and code on the Platform are the property of SYMERO.AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that:
Crypto markets are volatile.
Smart contracts carry risks (bugs, exploits, forks).
Degen Calls are not financial advisors.
You bear full responsibility for your trading decisions.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of market data or signal feeds
Performance of smart contracts
Continuous, error-free access
We are not liable for lost funds, profits, or data resulting from use of the Platform.
10. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. We may terminate your access at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms aren’t governed by any laws. Any legal disputes not subject to arbitration will be handled in that jurisdiction.
12. Arbitration Clause
You agree to resolve all disputes via binding arbitration. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us in writing within 30 days of first use.
